Invite me to your event

I would love to attend product events such as ProductCon: to meet people, learn from them and swap ideas. If you run one, I would be glad of an invitation.

Why I come

To connectWith product people, founders and engineers, in person.
To learnHow other teams decide, prioritise and ship.
To shareWhat I have learned building products and AI tools.

The kinds of event

  • Product conferences, such as ProductCon.
  • Meetups, roundtables and dinners for product people.
  • AI and developer-tool community events.
  • Hackathons, as a participant, judge or mentor. I have won the NatWest Climate Hackathon and Schneider Go Green.

Events I would love to attend

Ideas I can bring to the conversation

    AI in the PM toolkit

What changes when the repeatable parts of product work, such as PRDs, postmortems and prioritisation, become skills an AI can follow.

    • Start with tasks you repeat and can easily check.
    • A skill is a written procedure, not a clever prompt.
    • The review stays with a person.

    From developer to product manager

I spent five years as an engineer before moving into product. I am happy to compare notes with anyone making the same move.

    • What carries over: trade-offs, estimation, talking to engineers.
    • What to unlearn: starting from the solution.
    • How to show product work before you have the title.

    Your work is your leverage

I have put 50 projects in the open. I would like to hear how other people build proof of what they can do.

    • Small finished things beat large unfinished ones.
    • Write down why, not only what.
    • Let people use it without asking you.

    From weeks to minutes

At Sportradar, feature release time fell from 3–5 weeks to under 30 minutes. I am keen to swap experiences on shipping faster.

    • Find where the release time really goes.
    • Automate the hand-offs between tools.
    • Get teams aligned on one process.
